Ryan Starkweather is Healthy Minds’ development and operations coordinator, where he assists in the development and implementation of processes to ensure Healthy Minds operates efficiently and effectively. His responsibilities include internal operations, including accounting, fundraising, and organizational design.

Before joining Healthy Minds, Ryan served in a similar role as the operations manager for the Oklahoma Policy Institute. His experience centers around serving his community in various roles focusing on organizational efficiency.  

Ryan graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2018 with degrees in international business and Chinese studies.
