
Megan Wurzer is Healthy Minds’ practice improvement manager, bringing over 15 years of public service experience to her work supporting Oklahoma communities and health care providers in using evidence-based strategies for behavioral health care.
In her role, Megan assesses organizations’ needs, promotes continuous quality improvement, and advances system-level change in collaboration with health care providers, community mental health organizations, and governmental partners to strengthen behavioral health care delivery across Oklahoma.
Before joining Healthy Minds, Megan spent nearly a decade at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, where she managed statewide initiatives focused on suicide prevention, overdose prevention, harm reduction, and integrated behavioral health care.
Megan holds a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma.
