Description
Although the percentage of Tulsa County residents who received ODMHSAS-funded substance use services has generally been smaller than that of Oklahoma County residents and Oklahoma residents statewide, it has been increasing since 2013, and in 2018 it surpassed the rate for Oklahoma statewide.
